Finally I start, was thinking about it for quite a while. I started writing now, more of boredom than anything else. I have to commute to work, rather than only listening to music and staring at people around, I decided I might as well write. The only glitch here is to carry the laptop to work which is unwanted commodity to carry(:s).
I doubt how long this urge to blog is going to last though!
Nothing great happening these days, India trip on my way is the only motivation to get done with my current project at work. The stay is just 15 days, the only stakeholder to claim the blame for this is me being here in the US. Sometimes being an international student gives me the feeling of getting a favor from the government. The stay is so small just cos I did not want to wait till next December to get back home. Anyhow you got to do what you got to do!
I am about to finish the venture started by me about 2 years ago, time to graduate and start working, about time being a student. Assuming I’ll live for 100 years, I have spent almost quarter of my life studying!! Not that I am cribbing about being into academics. If things work out fine, I might again get back to school!
Its been about 4 months to me started working. I am liking it. I love my job, people around me have been really cool with me so far and have given me ample time to pace up. The best time at work is Friday evening! We are 7 of us working at this site. Everyone just waits for the day. at the place where I work, 4:30 p.m on a Friday is called the beer-thirty(:d). Everyone here has this fad for flying remote controlled planes! So as soon as its beer-thirty, everyone is out in the parking lot drinking some beer and flying planes. Initially I found it crazy, now its exciting and its got competitive now (:D)
Thinking about it, one thing I like about Americans is they really know how to cultivate their hobby and they sure take it to the next level. I believe in that. The idea sounds appealing to me. Hope I can do justice to my passion in future!
